Holiday Inn Express & Suites Clinton

I enjoyed my stay here. Their rooms are neat and clean. The staff does a wonderful job of keeping everything clean and sanitary. It’s close to Walmart and Target. A few minutes from the Wild Rose Casino also. This place has a swimming pool, breakfast area, and lounge area to watch TV or get on the hotel computer. The staff was very nice and was always asking if I needed anything. Being here for nearly a month, I got used to the towels. They are actually big and thick, unlike a lot of other hotels where you get thin, small ones. I would stay here again if I was in the area.

I have never been treated so rudely by any hotel staff or for that matter anyone working in a customer service capacity.
As I was checking out, I complained in a calm and reasonable manner about how the hotel had falsely assured us there would be transportation available to get to and from a local area concert we were attending. I was yelled at by Jude, the man working at the front desk. He was literally screaming at me and telling me to get out or he would call the police.
I would never stay at this Holiday Inn. It gives a bad reputation to the entire hotel chain. The room was clean and perfectly adequate, but there is no excuse for yelling at guests.
This is aside from the other issues and problems we had with the transportation situation and the front desk’s general lack of willingness or competence in helping resolve the problem. I have filed a complaint with the Holiday Inn corporate customer service.
