This will probably be the shortest review I ever write but this CVS… this freaking CVS lmao, is horrible! I mean how do you have nothing in stock? Nothing! Then customer service, it is nowhere to be found. One guy(CVS worker) was sitting behind the counter, on his phone, while there was one cashier working and 7 people in line. Ummmmm, get that booty up and get the line down. SMH. Also, the cashier that was working had nooooo personality at all and seemed to have a major attitude. Ew. Girl put a smile on or something. You work in sales/customer service for goodness sake. So no, I will never come back, and yes, I suggest you to do the same and stay FARFARAWAY! Favs: Psssshhhhh … :hair flips: anyways! Would Change: Do better! Tis all –_–

This is the CVS in Clinton MD, and it is just terrible. There were people(customers) walking around the store eating food as if it was dinner time. And the staff was terrible as well. There was one staff member that was helping customers while sitting down and texting on his phone. And the staff member that was right next to him started raising her voice with a customer because he wasn’t understanding what she was saying. I honestly don’t like going to that CVS, but it was along the way so I had to make the stop. Also, they don’t have a lot of merchandise stocked on the shelves like most CVS stores that I’ve been to. All in all, I wouldn’t recommend this CVS unless you absolutely have to make a stop.

INSANE that all I can say I’m a darker skinned mixed AMERICAN and when I went to this CVS to get a RX filled I was treated like shit! they prejudice pharmacy tech was taking«African» Americans(who are still just Americans no need to add African in front of the word American) before me as I was standing in this long ass line it came time for me to be next and the tech took the male behind me and then a female as if I was part of the display unit at the end cap of the aisle I felt so invisible so after standing in the line for about 45 mins just to drop off my RX and after the tech acting like a bitch I just took my script and went to Rite Aide across the street why I didn’t just do that to begin with I don’t know but bet your bottom dollar I will I repeat WILLLLLLNOT spend any of my $$$$ in a place that treats the other races and ethicizes differently and so rudely

I had the same experience as everyone else. I hate this store with a passion. My son has a traumatic brain injury and his Tricare was canceled due to his medical discharge. I have primary insurance but the copays are $ 55+ for each of the 20 meds he takes, hence Medicaid is supposed to pick up the rest. This store had the audacity to argue with the CVS pharmacist at the VA store I had to have my son’s meds transferred from due to MD Medicaid. The tech in VA put in his medicaid insurance info while i was there. When i got here, they had no info. Then the pharmacist got in a fight with me telling me it wasn’t going to be covered. She finally did it and goes oh — looks like they did cover it. I don’t know how that happened. These people have the laziest attitudes ever. Our primary insurance allows us to get a 90 day supply in a CVS store for half the mail order copay and it clearly states it on the card. The pharmacist argued with my husband for 45 minutes that it wasn’t possible and that type of insurance didn’t exist and kept sending him to the back of the line. He was on the phone with the CVS pharmacy when he made it back up front and they confirmed with the tech that it was true. Then they threw all his meds around, one of which has a $ 200 copay and is a liquid. He now just has me fill them in VA at the 24 hour store by Fairfax Hospital where they have everything, including the narcotic pain meds I take. I swear they never order any at this store. In summary if you can make it to Waldorf go to one of their stores or the Walgreens or Rite Aid across the street. They’re helpful and pleasant and clean in the store unlike this one.

Writing reviews for things like CVS’ really mean you hate the place. Because in all actuality, the big scheme of things… no one is really Unilocaling their pharmacy choice. But if you happen to be that type of person; that person who wants to make sure they are making an informed decision before entering a relationship, a long relationship… a supposedly commited relationship with a pharmacy… this review is for you… DONOTEVERFILL, REFILL, GETSENT, ENTERTHISPHARMACYUNLESSYOUHAVEANEXTRAHOUROFYOURLIFEYOUHAVENOINTENTIONONEVERGETTINGBACK. EVER. This place… you can call your meds in 2 days in advance and you get there and its still 65 people waiting in front on you and they still don’t have your meds ready. Try to call… the most rude people ever. And there are at least 14 people working behind the counter. The most i’ve ever seen at a RX. Like what are all yall doing??? Crotcheting a blanket? Patience isn’t my thing, but the lack of professionalism, coupled with the fact that no one is on their job is just upsetting. I just called to have my last RX transferred. I just can’t do it with them again… I need all the hours in my day.

I had minor surgery and needed antibiotics due to an infection. Had my prescription filled at this«pharmacy». After several days of taking the pills 3 times a day, I realized I was running low when I should have had a lot more since it was supposed to be a total of 21. I started counting and realized I was 4 pills short! I had been keeping close track and writing down when I took each pill, so I know they didn’t give me the full 21. When I called and told them what happened, I was put on hold for 15 minutes. Finally another person answered and in a nasty tone told me to come get the last 4 pills. No apology, no nothing. Interesting how if I hadn’t kept track, I would’ve stopped taking the antibiotics too early and my infection would have come back and caused me complications. These people are trying to get sued. Horrible place. Horrible people. Do not go there. And if you do, count your pills. Probably should check if they even gave the right pills in the first place!
