Beware of price gouging at this store. They hike up their prices by as much as 40% when they’re having a «sale». The store is clean and orderly, but their business practices are unethical.

We’ve been visiting this store quite a few times this year so I thought I would write a review for it. This Coach Factory Store is located within the Clinton Crossing outlet mall that is right off of I95, which makes it quite convenient to visit as a rest stop during the long interstate drive. Almost every time we visited, we were handed a 50% off coupon but I don’t recall ever using it. Instead, we’ve been ordering their bags online and have been returning the unused bags here. Their associates have been quite polite and friendly in processing the returns.
