AAA Guaranteed On-Time Limousine Service

I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but after my last ride, I won’t be back. The vehicle was 20 years old, unlike the sleek modern limos shown on the website, and not in good shape: the suspension was shot (bounced my teeth loose), the interior was noisy (every panel & window rattled, and road noise was intense), and the AC did not work properly (either freezing or boiling). The driver was totally indifferent to these issues and unable to remedy any of them. He seemed offended that I asked him to fix the air, and just dropped me at home and drove off without a word. I called and reported this to the dispatcher. He said the manager was sick but would look into it and call back, but I never heard from them again. I was pleased with all my previous trips with AAA, but when their service costs almost as much as a plane ticket, I expect a great experience every time, or at least an apology. So, next time I’ll be trying one of the many other limo services in the area.
