Worst customer service at this branch in particular and there is nothing anyone can do about it. It’s clear that these people don’t like their jobs for their poor attitude shows it.

Got to say! I love the new MiTime! Where you send a text to SOS and it gives you your wait time via text, also allows you to make appointments! Never wait in the lobby again with the screaming kids or the person talking loudly on their cell! Also sends you a survey allowing you to either give kudos to your service or complain which can be bad for the clerk!

When I arrived: «I’m number 83 — they just called number 26.» 50 minute wait and another 15 minutes to take care of my business — 65 minutes and I was out the door.
The absolute only reason (s) I had to visit today was because 1.) I am not allowed to renew my driver’s license by mail, and 2.) for some reason, one of my cars always has a requirement that I bring proof of insurance with me — every year.
I will speak to the service at this location: the employees are always cheerful, and as helpful as can be. Today was no exception. Even when one’s computer screen locked up, the next SoS rep took over and did her best to handle my affairs. Of course, when her printer kept changing, she took it in stride.
Eventually, they were able to get things limping along again and I was soon walking out the door with all my affairs in order.
