«It was the only place open» is never the start of a great experience, but what makes me write this review is after tipping the driver, with the money in his hand, he asked me, «What? You’re not gonna tip me?». Rudest, stupidest, experience of my life. Manager was«On the phone» and wouldn’t talk to me when I called to tell them of the poorest service I’ve ever received. Will not be ordering again.

If Unilocal allowed me to give negative stars I would ! I ordered from this«Restaurant» for the first time. I have eaten at Passport’s before but never this one. After ordering online a sub and la cart spaghetti I received the greasy leaking box and foil wrapped items only 1 hour and 15 mins later. NOFORK!!! NONAPKIN!!! How can you eat spaghetti with no fork you ask? You can’t ! So fuck them for, being either lazy or cheap you pick maybe add stupid to that list. The«spaghetti» was about 60% water and leaked«mind you I had no fucking napkins» all over it’s container. The sub with its hint of day old breadness and reheated frozen chicken tasted like shit. After further investigation I found the breaded chicken soaking wet and soggy. Clearly this place don’t care what kind of food they serve. STAYAWAYFROMTHISTURD !!!

I just called and asked if they had vegan pizza here. I thought they might because i knew they had gluten free pizzas. When I asked the girl who answered the phone she said«I don’t know…». So I explained what vegan pizza is and she said«I’m just not sure». She clearly wasn’t willing to ask someone else there who may know so I said«ok Nevermind then?» And then She just hung up on me! Terrible customer service.

TAKEHEED to this review, or fall victim like we did. We ordered the Big Ben pizza from passport for a party it was very expensive but that was not a problem. The problem was the pizza arrived 35 minutes late and on top of that it was burnt to a crisp. We are very generous people so we tip the delivery driver $ 10 because he was so nice.(When we tipped, we didn’t know that it was burnt yet). So we proceed to call the store to complain and are directed to a call center which takes an hour to call us back because they said that they had to contact the store manager to resolve the issue. It was now midnight and at the close of business for passport so they said that they could not remake our pizza but that they would give us our money back in the morning if we brought the pizza to the store. I was told to ask for Sue that she was the manager of this store. Come to find out Sue is actually the owner of all of the passport locations not just the manager. And a royal b*tch!!! She wasn’t at the store as promised in the morning, so they called her and she told me ‘no cash refunds’ ‘corporate don’t allow it’ then she started yelling and cussed me out!(SHEIS corporate!!!) There is no ‘corporate’. So, we were out over $ 40 and a failed party. Thanks Sue, great service. For bonus features, check out their critical heath code violations on the Macomb County website(link provided in another victims review on this location. in this thread) Also in the same section(‘reviews not recommend’) Unilocal deleted her response to another review because of her foul language, she is pure white trash.

Pizza is good. One of the few places that has the spicy pepperoni! They have a call center, so when you call to order you have to be VERY specific what location you want. We have had confusion before so we usually order online. Last night we order online at 6:15pm for delivery. Not a crazy order, just 1 pizza and 1 order of bread sticks. Usually delivery take 45 – 60 min, at 7:30pm still no pizza. Hubs calls and they say«Sorry about that, we will give you $ 10 off, should be there any time now.». Ok cool. 10 min later pizza arrives… COLD. Had to reheat before we ate!!! Clearly the pizza had been ready long before and sent out with other pizzas trying to save time of the driver going back to the store.

I go here all of the time. First time I called here for pickup, I made the same mistake a lot of people make — I didn’t realize I was calling a central call center. Be aware of that people, it saves confusion. The FIRST thing you need to do when you call is clarify which location you’re calling FOR or ABOUT or want to order from. If you do THAT… you’re fine and won’t have any issues. After that initial snafu on my first order — which they 100% corrected, by the way — everything’s been great. That first time, they sent my order to the wrong location for pickup… or perhaps it was my mistake for not being more clear on where I wanted to pickup… but either way, the place I went to didn’t have my order, they made one phone call to their central number, found out the issue, and then got my order put through their ovens immediately and even helped out a bit with some extras for my trouble. That was nice of them. Probably once every two weeks(at a minimum) I’m here picking up one of their All-American special pizzas: double pepperoni(SPICY pepperoni, mind you… yum!) and double cheese. That’s right… break out the zantac and tums, and keep the angioplasty specialist on speed dial…‘cuz this sucker ain’t healthy by a long shot, but man is it good. Wings? Great. Not too hot at first, but with a mildly building kick that when you get to your third one, all of the sudden you’re like«Hey…why are my lips burning… and why is my hand involuntarily reaching for a glass of milk?» And there you have it — great, greasy, heartburn inducing pizza and wings. What the heck else do you want out of a pizza joint?

Don’t use this location. They will rip u off n not care when u call them in it. Headquarters just sends your complaint to the location. They call acting like they didn’t know what you were talking about, even though you just called them directly.
