Most likely the worst, filthiest, sloppy attired McDonalds I had ever visited. Extremely poor management that slides all the cooperate rules and allows their employees to be ‘less than the competition’. No proper management, with texting going on with all food handlers… it’s criminal! They all need to get with it! Food is distributed freely to workers rather than tossed at the end of the day… sad how this place adds to the poor eating habits of our kids. Very unkempt employees and building even in slow periods. Again, poor nanagement all around!

I wish I could give negative stars. What a joke! Went thru drivethru, waited 15 minutes to get the two drinks I ordered… got both wrong… «fixed» one drink once with the wrong thing… how hard is it to pour iced tea into a cup!!!

The drive through line moved quickly. The staff was friendly. We received everything we ordered and it was all recently made. Exactly the experience that should be hoped for when visiting the Golden Arches.

Ordered the wonderful caramel frappé, then got to 23& Gratiot & needed gas & realized ALEX did not give me my debit card back. Called & spoke to the manager, yes sir we have your card«that you left behind» I told the gal, It was never given to me. [ note if your still reading, you know how they give you your debit card wrapped in a receipt? well It was a gift card & not my debit card. ] So i drove back, fetched it. and used the restroom, saw the attendant leave it with an empty soap thing & figured all right spic & span… NOT perhaps the filthiest McDonalds bathroom ever…
