Luxury Nail

My fourth time here. I’ve had a different employee do my nails each time and have never had a bad pedicure; they always last 3+ weeks. I’ve never seen buckets of rusty tools anywhere (as the previous review claims) and, as a matter of fact, I’m staring at their sanitizer full of equipment as I write this.

HORRENDOUS.
My first clue should have been the baskets of used, rusty, unsanitized tools at each station. Asked for a gel manicure in one color, and the tech fought with me over it… what?
«Oh, I don’t like this color.» no, you don’t like working with it because it’s a different brand. After I pointed out how globby and smudgy one hand was, the tech started taking all of the polish off and told me I had to pick another color… what?
The final job was awful. Yes, my nails were (mostly) covered, and so were my fingertips and cuticles. Again… what?
One person in our party (the most important one: the bride) was happy with her results, so the day wasn’t a complete loss… I guess that’s where the single star comes in.
