I stopped going here about a year or so ago. I stopped giving them my business because of the lack of English-​speaking employees, being under-​staffed everytime I went in, sitting in the pedicure chair waiting for service for over 30 minutes, unclear prices (worker would do a service without asking if I even wanted it/wouldn’t tell me the cost of something), stinginess, etc. they do an okay job for an alright price but they just want you in and want you out and will make you feel rushed.

I have been a client with owner Kathy for 3 years. and highly recommend her and her employees for fast, efficient, friendly, and awesome nail service. Her shop has many colors to choose from and many different services. She takes walk ins but I always call in my appointment 5 days ahead to get that «extra attention» which makes me coming back in for my gel fill and shiny shellac color which lasts always 3 weeks !! I was going to another salon on Hall road but they have not been doing a very good job so I checked out reviews on Unilocal and found this salon. I went there this weekend and was a walk in. I didn’t wait more than 10 minutes which was amazing! The staff was very friendly and did a great job. I am very pleased with my nails and started one of their loyalty cards. This is definitely going to be my new spot!

I have only been to Creative Nails twice but i have been very pleased with the work they have done. They are kind of my «back up» salon if I am unable to make it to my regular place. They are fast and efficient. They have squeezed me in even despite the fact I am not a «regular» customer. I love that they have a loyalty system that results in free services. A couple of my friends go there religiously and their nails are always impeccable.

I used to work in the area of this «salon» and went there for over two years, they did great work.
However, I recently went back after having not visited the salon for a couple of years and it was TERRIBLE! She cut three of my toes with the clippers to the point of bleeding, as well as my thumb nail. She also cut my mom’s toes during her ped.
My toe has recently become infected to the point that it’s swollen and hard to wear shoes. PLEASE, do not go here!!! They used to be great, but sadly it’s gone down hill.
