Saucy By Nature

I booked Saucy for a launch event for my company and wanted to make sure to be able to provide a fun, delicious and interesting food to my clients and guests. Saucy could not have exceeded all my expectations. From courteous and friendly waiters to food that was both beautifully presented and unpretentiously enjoyable. I can’t wait to use them again!

A haven of peace and delicious food on Fulton Street. I was here already for breakfast and dinner and, everything we tried was good. Excellent chicken pot pie and pulled pork was tangy and tasty. They have plenty of vegetarian options too, and great pastries by Baked in Red Hook. Also kudos to Jay our server who steered us in the right diection! No license yet, and a big communal table good for up to 10!

Update: I tried the chicken today instead of the superb beef. Chicken has the reputation of being a safe bet at any given restaurant, but it’s often chewy, weird, grizzly, undercooked, etc. Saucy’s was great: properly cooked, correct texture, salted nicely. Thanks again, Saucy!

This Place was great! I ordered delivery and it came super fast, was super hot, and really all around fantastic! The black bean burger was to die for, and the chicken pot pie was amazeballs! Props to using sustainable flatware. Will definitely use them again!!!

Saucy by Nature was amazing. I brought a group here for a business lunch and we were so impressed by the lengths that these guys go to to be sustainable while also producing top notch, delicious food. Lunch was fresh and delicious and the owner, Przemek, is so passionate about his mission to deliver fresh local food sustainably. You will feel good eating here because it’s healthy and delicious, and then you’ll feel good because you’re supporting a business that’s doing GOOD! Everyone wins. :)

Perfect lunch spot in Clinton Hill. Great variety and everything is fresh and delicious. So happy this place opened up!

The food was mushy and cold, which surprised me even though it was advertised as being «leftover». The proprietor, Pryshemik (sp?) was extremely rude, which surprised me as he is a newcomer in the neighborhood (I feel one should try to put his best foot forward when possible). We have tons of great restaurants here in Ft Greene: no need to waste time at this monstrosity.

Came here for a cup of coffee and a pastry. Awesome cosy place. People who work here are super friendly and attentive. Plus it is open so late on the weekend!

I went there just few day after they opened, very impressed with the decorations and all the food you can try. I have Salmon sandwich with goat cheese, capers, pickled onions and greens and Artichoke sun dried tomato, roasted pepper, mushroom +egg puff pastry and was very good. I will definitely come back. Even thinking to have my Birthday Party over there

I recently went to Saucy for lunch and had a lovely experience. The space they have created is very tranquil and serene, a step away from the bustling Brooklyn streets– you can tell they have paid attention to every detail. I only ordered half a chicken sandwich because I thought it would be enough, but had to go back for the other half because it was so good! Ended lunch with a sweet treat that did not disappoint– a salted caramel tart perfect for two. If you’re looking for a quiet lunch or a delicious take out meal that you don’t have to cook– this is definitely the spot for you.

I went to the Blocktoberfest Event on Waverly Ave at the Clinton Washinton Stop of the C train. It wasn’t open yet and I was HUNGRY!!! I had finished a 2 hour MMA workout 3 hours before and was well HUNGRY!!!
This place had just opened up and it is an interesting concept: Saucy by Nature is a Catering Company; but as with any Catering Company they have left overs from their events. Why not re-​purpose them?
I had the granola, Greek yogurt, wild blueberry, tapioca pudding. Yeah Yeah … I wanted to eat healthy because I was going to BLOCKTOBERFEST next and going to drink beer. I was good before being naughty. ;-) It was really really good. The tapioca gave a squirt in the mouth feel you don’t usually get with a Greek yogurt parfait. It was an interesting textural component that I did not expect I would like.
According to the man behind the cash register the menu changes with whatever is leftover from the night before. I come back but it is too much of a hassle to get to this stop. If you live close go in for me. I will be vicariously enjoying through your stomachs and taste buds.

Delicious food and drinks! The squash soup was amazing, the quinoa salad and orzo salad were great. The space is beautiful and great to work at when checking emails etc
