Recently moved from Jersey city and needed to pic up a rx
old Walgreens… rude as ever they were zero help after telling me they had to order my rx it would be ready in a day I went back 4 days later and they never ordered it like they said they would. I called this. clifton location and what a difference ! Gia was so kind and helped me out. The location didn’t have my rx but said the carlstadt location had it I told her I would go get it there. She told me no they would get it ready and she would have it for me in the clifton location by the morning :) what a polite girl and honestly so sweet. She heard the frustration in my voice and went above and beyond ! Ty Gia so happy this will be my new go to location for prescriptions :)

Why do people get into a business they know nothing about? After an interesting experience with Kodak Gallery, I called Walgreens to find out if they know what weight photo paper they use for their photo cards that they print for Snapfish. Guess what? They don’t! The guy who answered the phone was nice enough to go check the packaging that the photo paper comes in but even that didn’t specify what kind of paper was inside. I guess if you plan on ordering from them and you actually care about the quality, you will have to go there in person and see for yourself first.
