Starbucks

Im surprised people have given this location such low stars. I always come to this location. The employees are always extremely nice and make my drink in an orderly fashion. I never had a problem here. My friends and i always come here its our go-​to starbucks. The worst part of this is the parking. Entering is horrible and to actually find a decent spot will take a while. Other than that this starbucks is the best.

Constructive criticism for the crew at this Starbucks: please consume some of your own products; you need all the energy you can get. Every time I visit this store it seems as if everyone just started working there. The foregoing remarks are not intended to offend but to help make your business and the customers’ experience better.

This is a nice clean location (aside from Rt. 3 and the parking lot), with good staff and some indoor seating. I rarely go to Starbucks but when I do it is around the holiday for the Praline Chestnut latte ($ 5.25 Venti).

Rude employees, slow service, no order or process. This location could take a lesson from other Starbucks, not only in customer service, but in how to make great drinks quickly. Next time, I’ll keep driving to the next closest Starbucks.

Very slow store. Baristas are slow and seem confused when making some orders. Very friendly but they make this store difficult to come to. There’s other stores nearby that are faster and more accurate.
Pros — parking and baked goods section.

I like this Starbucks location a lot. They have very friendly, courteous service and they offer wireless charging that conveniently suits my Samsung Galaxy Note 5. I’m not a fan of the tight and crowded parking and there’s usually a line when you walk into this store. None the less, the coffee is made to perfection and my liking every single time without fail. The snacks and breakfast sandwiches are always made well too and I have absolutely no complaints at all in that department.

Ehhh… Lets start with cons, so I can sweeten it with a little bit of honey.

Baristas seem very confused.
Can get a little rowdy in the morning

The only starbucks ive been to that actually has baristas that smile and say «Have a Good Day!»
Great drinks, very delicious
Parking is not the best, but it’s okay.
Next to Bed Bath and Beyond, so I can enjoy my Pumpkin Spice Latte while shopping: P
Overall, average store, but its not perfect. Will go more in the future :)

I came in Sunday mid-​day. The line was almost out the door. However, the line did move quickly. I ordered a Trenta Strawberry Acai drink and the New Chicken Artichoke Flatbread Sandwich. The New Chicken Artichoke Flatbread Sandwich was excellent!
The customer service was very good.
The place seems to be very well organized. You do receive your drink and food quickly.
Just one concern, people leave backpacks at tables «unattended». Guess their just trying to hold a spot for themselves when they return with their food? In this day and age, Starbucks needs to put some policy in place. I think everyone can draw their own conclusion.

I like this Starbucks better than others for the fact that you come in and order right away. The people here are continuously working and always on top of everything. I’ve been at previous Starbucks where you are treated like you have to beg for a beverage.

The wait in this Starbucks is unbelievable at least 20 minuets every time I come here ! Has to be the slowest Starbucks! And some of the girls there have an attitude

I LOVE Starbucks. This one was not so great. The place was packed, they ran out of reg milk. And once we got the drink which took 20 mins was so water down it was not what I was expecting. Will not be returning to this Starbucks.

Place is good. Service is spot on. BUT, something happened which will never make me return to this store. My wife asked for a glass of water and after 10 minutes of waiting she walked near the station and she was trying to speak to someone about the water. During this process she stepped onto a mat on which usually people at the registers stand on. Then there was this guy by name Steve, who was like «Ma’am you cannot step on this. This is not for customers. «My wife was aghast and she tried to explain that she was waiting for a cup of water but this guy did not pay any attention to her. Very rude and left my wife with watery eyes. Will never return here and dear Unilocalers, if you don’t want my experience, please stay away.

If this place wasn’t so close to my house I would never go.
I have gone there multiple times and they’re out of coffee (all 3 flavor’s brewing at the same.
Just waited 20 minutes for a Venti iced coffee. I finally told the barista to just give me a hot coffee, despite it costing more I wasn’t even offered a credit.
And just to let it be known I worked at a Starbucks for 2 years and on our worst day we never operated like this.
I get it there’s bad days bust this place is constantly a let down.
Will prob be back just based on the location but will make the effort to hysterically drive to the Nutley location.

Typical starbucks. Situated on Rt. 3. Parking is a little hectic!
We sat at the table by the window in comfy chairs so it was really nice.
They also have a long bar that I think you can sit at. It’s a pretty busy Starbucks so not easy to sit, but I guess we were lucky. Good service and good drinks so it hit the spot and did the trick!

I like this Starbucks a lot. The facility has been recently renovated which is good if you want to sit down and get some work done. The staff are nice and the bathrooms clean as well.
The coffee is standard like any other Starbucks which is a good thing. Only downside is the parking situation is brutal.

Your typical generic cramped Starbucks. Located in a strip mall on route 3 west, this Starbucks is nothing special. This location small, and is in the shape of a long hall. Indoor seating is okay, there aren’t many spots, and rarely is a seat open. This location has «bar» seating which optimizes space.
The service is relatively fast, and mildly friendly.
Parking is a hassle, as the strip mall has too many shops and not enough parking.
If you need coffee it will do.

Pretty consistent with great service & drinks! In the case that ur not satisfied with ur drink, let em know politely n r u set!
The only bad thing I can say is the parking sucks horribly & if only was the place was bigger.

This is definitely not my most favorite SB location but its a SB nonetheless so I’ll give it three stars. Why not 5? Mostly because this strip mall location and its ridiculously small and poorly designed parking lot SUCK!!! I mean who ever designed this strip mall RIGHT OFF route 3 and thought this parking lot would work should be fired. Anyways, back to this SB. It’s pretty small and tight. Gets crowded pretty quickly and the line can move pretty slowly especially at peak times. There are not enough tables available. BUUUUUT, its a good spot to stop and get a drink after doing some shopping.

Parking can be a disaster. The lot is small and it’s off Rt. 3 West so it attracts a lot of traffic.
No reserve blends or cloverleaf machine. Tear.
Two tiny tables for outdoor seating. Boo.
Bottom line: I only go here when I’m doing other errands in the Clifton Commons Plaza.

This is the Starbucks on Rt. 3 W bound across from the Clifton Commons Plaza. You can also access it by the service road near the Costco. As others have noted, parking here is a hassle. There are not enough spots to accommodate the volume of people that enter this plaza, especially on the weekends which is unfortunately when I visit.
The baristas are friendly. They drinks meet brand standard and come out quickly. The store has limited seating so you might want to grab and go.
