I dropped off a childs back pack on a Monday and asked this stupid blond if they could add the childs name to it, I asked her SEVERAL times to make sure they def would be able to do it because it was a gift and I needed it just a little over 1 week, she actually brought it to the back and said«yes, I asked the woman who is going to do it, and she said it’s no problem». a week goes by and I decided to call and check the status of the backpack. A woman answered and said, «Oh sorry, we were unable to do it for you, the back pack wont fit in the machine». Of course I was pissed off so I drive there and I asked why I was told that it would be no problem a week ago and not to mention, I never got any phonecall saying that I needed to pick up the bag, because they couldn’t do it??? This other stupid blond replied to me she didn’t know and they were actually closed for business. I can’t believe that on my invoice printed in BIGBLACK ink on top it read– FRIDAY!!! and now here it is Saturday and I had to be the one to track them down and find out that I couldnt have the bag embroidered!!! What kind of business is that? Where was the customer service??? a phonecall would of been nice. Semel’s-you guys suck! Pottery Barn is the way to go from now on!
