ordered buffalo wings(medium), got dried up flavorless wings with a little sticky barbecue(or whatever but definately not buffalo) on them. called and complained and they handled it okay. However, the wings are just not good anymore and they use way too little sauce on overcooked, dried up, bland wings..

Absolutely the worst service ever. They took two hours and still never showed up! Also the lady anna Christina was so rude with an attitude with zerooooo customer service. She hung up on me 4 times. I will never order from here again

Just to start, let me tell you that I understand the weather, the traffic, how busy is a Sunday evening, bla, bla, bla. What I cannot get or tolerate is the complete lack of customer service. My husband place an order at 5.13 pm… Delivery. Fine. Around 6.45 pm he called back asking for the status of the order he was placed on hold for more than 7 min. Without an answer. He called back again, when he was placed on hold for 15 min. and after few more times nobody answer the phones! Long story short we had to drive to that location, where a not very friendly clerk said that they were very busy. Again, i would understand if from the beginning you let me know how long it would take instead of hunging up on us every time we try to reach them… By the way pizza was delivered at our place at 8.00 pm! Not nice ! Some people skills please !

This location is so slow. It’s the closest one to my house so I have no choice really. My order should’ve been done 20 minutes before I arrived but of course not. Why am I even surprised? When I entered today all of their 6 high school employees said«hi welcome to Pizza Hut» as if they’ve never seen a customer in their life. It was pretty funny. But then I waited 20 minutes for my pizzas and all the funniness disappeared. I would’ve gave them one star but the guy gave me a side of honey Sriracha for free in the end(:

Literally, the worst customer service. Having just gotten off the phone with them, I was put on hold immediately — waited 10 minutes before I hung up and tried again. This time, they just answered with a «Hello.» Uhh yeah, y’all just kept me waiting for 10 minutes. Can I get the Welcome to Pizza Hut spiel? NO. The person didn’t know the specials that were going on and proceeded to zip me off the phone. Absolutely the rudest place. It’s astounding how long they’ve been at that location especially when other people I know have ordered from the place and received the wrong order and the same rudeness I experienced.

This location has the worst customer service. Shame on me for ordering from them three times; each time the orders were either completely wrong or I waited two hours for the delivery. The last time I tried to call to give them the benefit of the doubt, they hung up on me. Spend your money elsewhere. Like at the Dominos down the road. Pizza tastes better, anyway.

Got a coupon for any toppings for $ 10. Lie. When I called in for pick-up I could only have 5 total. This sound sufficient, but when you try to get a vegetarian on one side and pepperoni one the other it doesn’t work. «Any pizza — Any toppings» — what a fraud.

I love Pizza Hut. But I have to admit, the service is horrible. IF you can get them to answer the phone, they don’t disclose ALL of the specials, just a few to take your order & get you off the phone. On the other hand, if you order online, they don’t start processing your order until you get there, causing you to wait longer. I wouldn’t say they’re the worse, because I’ve also been to the one on Monroe Street, but they come close. My suggestion would be don’t go there hungry, practice patience and don’t have high expectations for customer service!

They don’t make buffolo wings the way they used to .They’re no longer preseasoning the wings, they just dump a sauce on them… Just disgusting and nothing like the way pizza hut wings used to be.

We ordered at exactly 8:47PM on a Saturday night online and were told to pick-up the order at 9:02PM. Upon arriving, we were asked our order number several times as the woman behind the desk walked back and forth talking to others — she was not paying attention. After being told our order would be ready in 7 – 9 minutes every 5 minutes, we decided to leave. As we were leaving, we were told that the pizza was ready(even though it was not). An hour later, we called the store for 10 minutes straight until they picked up. I asked to speak to the manager who really did not care what happened. I told him the story and he said so what do you want me to do about it. I asked if our service meant anything and if they would be okay with losing service — he nonchalantly replied by saying ‘it doesn’t matter’. I asked how they would ‘rectify’ the problem and he did not understand what I was asking. He stated that their store is not connected to the online ordering process which made no sense since we ordered online — makes absolutely no sense. In the end, we plan on not ordering from them. They were not only rude, but they lied multiple times and did not try to fix the problem. Horrible that these people are ruining a brand!
