delivery guy refused to leave flowers on stoop (as asked by the recipient he called and told he had a delivery for, another fail) and she had to go to shop to pick up. so much for a surprise for a sick person. also, pretty rude folks. maybe a language barrier thing, but rude is rude.

I live in Texas and was trying to order Mother’s Day flowers online after work. Despite the tons of «It’s not too late!» messages on their site, indicating they could take an order — when I tried to check out I was unable to select any delivery dates before the Monday AFTER Mother’s Day.
So on I go to try to find another online floral option. Don’t advertise all over your site that I can order in time for Mother’s Day if you won’t let me!
