The staff was friendly, polite and efficient. First time patient and Dr. Gold took time to answer all my questions and was very professional. Got everything taken care of in one visit, quick and painless. Highly recommend.

I cannot speak for the services of this facility by the doctors because I could not get past the rudeness of the receptionist on the phone. As a new patient, I was treated as if I was an inconvenience with my questions and as if Pat was too busy to be bothered. She was not helpful with office hours or times I suggested I was free for an appoitnment. No flexibility and I felt stressed from her because of her lack of help. Then I figured that getting a new patient is clearly not important to them to helping people. I called another office in my network after and they gave me their hours, asked why I was coming in, said it was an important situation and they would absolutely see me today whether I was a new patient or not. The woman was warm, genuine and happy to help. Pat was just a nightmare.
