AVE Clifton Furnished Suites and Apartments

The Ave is probably a dream come true for someone who is either a guest here or that can afford to live here.
They have an outdoor pool and gym conference room and a movie theater, can’t beat all that.

I have resided here for over 15 months and it is wonderful. The staff is very attentive, the grounds and maintenance is impeccable. As a small business owner I am very hard to please since my standards are very high but I do recognize quality when I see it.

I lived in these high end luxury apartments for a couple years. They have furnished and unfurnished apartments. The prices are similar to waterfront prices but your view is of a cemetery instead of the New York skyline. The service there is great, Alex at the front desk was the man and took care of all the guests. They kept the common areas very clean. The theater room and conference room could booked for free and was very useful. The pool was nice, a bit too quiet at times but I got what I needed out of it. They also have a small gym and indoor parking. My neighbors were great, quiet, professional and helpful. Lastly, they offer free coffee and breakfast Mon-​Fri in the lobby; the lobby is also used for a monthly social that all the tenants can attend. It was hard to leave.

I stayed here for 3 months during and Internship out in Jersey. I have to say that this place is spectacular. Huge Kitchens with marble countertops, nice bathrooms, laundry in the rooms, underground covered parking, a pool, a full gym, a serenity garden. The place is spectacular. They also have free starbucks coffee in the lobby along with a free continental bfast every weekday morning. Also on your way out make sure to grab the complimentary papers that are laid out for your reading pleasure.
I have also heard that the NY Giants stay here for summer camp. If it’s good enough for them, it’s good enough for me.
