I love(d) Annie Sez, good value on name brands. NOW, it’s turning into a Mandees, which I hate. Annie Sez had regular women sizes, not Juniors and that was important to me. The shoe department shoes look cheap, and absolutely nothing I would buy. My last 3 or 4 visits were walk in and walk out. What a shame, I am totally disappointed they are going this route. As far as the customer service, I thought the gals there were pretty nice. Never had a problem., and I’ve been going to AS for a long time. I hope they get back to the way they were. Cheap looking, flimsy clothing is not what Annie Sez used to be about. :(

This Annie Sez location is my favorite if I am rating based on location, cleanliness, visual displays and store layout; however, they lose points in the customer service department. Have discovered some pretty good deals here so that They can be seriously bi-polar and I watched as the fitting room lady alternated between super-duper sweet to nasty witch mode as customers entered. What her problem was, I don’t know. I thought she may have just been having an off day, but then I actually personally encountered this bi-polar behavior at the register with a different lady. I changed my mind last-minute about a purchase after the employee rang up the purchase(my fault) and I apologized for it, but for some reason, the register lady really held onto some bitterness that I didn’t want the darn sunglasses anymore. She was so friendly to me when she was first ringing up my order and I already apologized — so what are you holding onto negativity for? For the potential customers, I’d highly recommend you navigate these waters a little more careful — count your blessings if you encounter a particularly nice employee, and avoid the crabby-patties if you can.

I desperately wanted to give this store 5 stars due to the awesome deals and quality clothing however, the employees were less than friendly and the clothing is packed in so close it is hard to move between racks. Lucille(little old lady, dyed red hair) was extremely rude, she was upset with people for wanting to try on more than ten items even though people were willing to trade them out. She should not be working there if she can’t deal with the customers! The other associates barely glanced at me and other customers, never offering help or a smile. Even with the less than satisfactory service this store is great, and this location is pretty nice.
