This is the nearest stop on the through way from Buffalo to New York. They only have shared seating area with other eateries, so don’t expect too much. Getting coffee is quick, a nice break from the long drive.

As a gold member of Starbucks for over 5 years, I was very disappointed with this one. This Starbucks not only treated me bad, but it made me feel like racism still exist. The reason why I feel this way because the guy who help us named Landon gave us this very disgusted attitude because we are Asian. I said this because the person who were in front of us(white) were treated really well. When Landon told me the total for the drinks, we handed him $ 20 and we told him that we had some coins. He didn’t listen to what we said and once we handed him the coins, he said he already punched into the system. Instead of saying sorry, he gave us the most disgusting attitude that I’ve ever seen. After that, I asked him for the receipt for the drinks, Landon told me that he couldn’t find the receipt. This made very pissed off because in California, this isn’t how to treated your customers. This is one of the most disrespectful and most racist place over ever been in. I’m not just gonna stop here, I will make sure that Starbucks corporation knows about this.

Every time I am driving from Buffalo to Long Island I hit this rough patch on the thruway of EXTREME exhaustion and just count down the miles until I hit this rest stop so I can purchase some quality coffee.(Tim Hortons just doesn’t do it for me.) Depending on what time you come here, you might have a line that’s 15 people deep or one. Usually I stop here around 8 in the morning and there’s a long line which doesn’t move quickly, at all. Starbucks still hasn’t bought into the almond milk game, which is annoying. They say it’s because of nut allergies, but guess what, the breakfast bars they sell have nuts in them too, so that’s not a good excuse for me. They do have soy and coconut milk though. The coffee here is always fresh, it just may take some time and then some to be served. A couple times I have been here, I’ve seen the person working the cash register making a coffee drink and the barista standing around doing nothing. It would have been efficient for the barista to take my order and keep the line moving. What do I know, I’m just a consumer. Anyways, it’s the only Starbucks in the vicinity off the thruway so make this your stop if you need a good cup of Joe.

This place sucks. Half an hour to get a coffee. The employees need to be trained better on how to increase productivity. Don’t stop here.

This Starbucks is at one of the NY turnpike plazas. It was so crowded, the patrons acted like today was the last chance ever to get a Starbucks. After about 10 minutes in line I gave up and left.
