Trustco recently changed their online site and obviously that affected my automatic transfers between accounts. I went in to get some information, but could not find the manager. Instead, there was a substitute and she was not helpful. Basically, I was kissed off. Went back the next day, and spoke directly to Dela Williams. He checked my accounts and provided some suggestions. He also checked to make sure my mortgage and car payments were not disrupted. Him spending the time to double check was reassuring and I decided to stick with the bank. I have found finding the right person counts.
