Top notch!
Having a door problem across the continent in NY and being the guy responsible to coordinate the repair from CA has numerous headaches… but not with Mangione Locksmiths! These guys were fantastic! I first sent an email way after hours and they responded in minutes. They did everything they could to get out to the location, inspect, order hard to find parts, and get everything fixed without issue.
Superb customer service and communication, experts of their trade, reliable, and courteous.
They will be our go to locksmith for any issues with our facilities in their service area.
Also, super helpful that they are techy… email, texting, scanning pdfs, etc really come in handy for people like me. Made my efforts in this minimal which is exactly what I was hoping for!

Excellent response. I was locked out of my house and within 5 minutes, Nick, a friendly young man showed up at my door. He carefully tried to open the door with picks and other instruments in order to save the lock. That was unsuccessful so he resorted to the tried and true method of drilling out the old lock. Replaced the lock with a new one that is actually better than the original lock and handle.
Very professional, quality work, pleasant and friendly people to work with. This is where I will go in the future.

I had a single copy of a skeleton key to an important wood cabinet. If I ever lost or mislaid that key, I would be sunk. No locksmith here in Chico (or maybe in the rest of Northern California) had blanks for such a key or could get them. They all wanted to install new. I searched out expert locksmiths on the internet, and Edward C. Mangione in Clifton Park, New York, turned up as a good bet. This company is on its fifth generation as locksmiths. I sent a photo of the original key. The immediate reply I got back from Nicholas Mangioni was «I can definitely make that key.» I cannot express in words the peace of mind his reply gave me. I sent him the unique original by priority mail and inside of a week I had three copies of it sent back by priority mail. They all fit perfectly! Edward C. Mangione is a careful, conscientious, top-​notch firm!
