Carpet Cleaning By Bruce

Had Bruce come and clean a family room carpet that was already cleaned by tenants twice but still had stains. I was clear about this and asked him to please look at it first because it would be futile to clean it again if the stains could not come out. He assured me that with his machine, yada, yada, the stains would come out. $ 175 and an hour later, he was done. Carpet dried, still stained. I called him back and said listen stains didn’t come out, but maybe we can work something out since you indicated you do lawn care also. I need the lawn cut and we can work it out there. Wouldn’t return, wouldn’t honor any discussions we had about the lawn during the time he was «earning» his $ 175. No integrity at all. Would not deal with him again, just a fast talker, but didn’t earn the $$$ in my opinion and wouldn’t come back to rectify.
