Three starts because no one is a 5, that would be perfect! Outdated barber shop with above average barbers with the exception of one or two. Try not waiting near the entrance during cold weather months it’s quite frigid. This shop keeps you awake while waiting for your turn with decent music via BET channel if that’s your type of tunes. Still worthy of your time and money but definitely should not be your only option. Most if not all barbers have appointment logs which SHOULD be noted as part of their advertisement which they do not. So you may want to call before hand to avoid being MISLEDASTOHOWMANYGUESTSARETRULYAHEADOFYOU! It only takes one bothersome experience to have me go venture elsewhere to give someone else an opportunity and today I’ve decided to do so. Today I waited nearly 2.5 hrs and once the two guests I was told were ahead of me were attended another guest appeared from the outside and was taken before me. My haircuts here cost me $ 18 and I always give whomever is cutting my hair that day(I don’t have a preference more or less their all pretty similar) $ 25−27(if have I have some singles I throw those in there as well. Let’s assume he miscounted why on earth would you let me wait another 45-min to an hour when I’ve already waited 2.5 hrs. So let me now wait up to 3.5hrs good job fellas. Having the guest«ahead» of me waiting 45 min for my haircut rather ANOTHER person«ahead» of me would have been a much wiser and ethical choice. I cut my hair every ten days. That’s 35 haircuts per year at $ 25=$ 875X next 40 years of my life=$ 35,000. Hopefully breaking it down like this shows you the impact of losing just ONE customer. Happy Holidays and good luck.

Awesome haircutting joint. Very relaxing and open atmosphere. The barbers are on point with their buzzer skills… I don’t get my hair cut much, but when I need another, I will return here. Yup.Truth.Verdad.

No reviews; WOW. The Cut Factory is a great place to get a hair cut. They are professional. They know how to handle an electric razor. They handle scissors like a surgeon. They are pros. What more can you say… From the moment I walked in, they took care of business. A couple of barbers just chilling until the next customer walked in; me. Sat down on one of the chairs. Told the guy my needs. Number 5 on the sides and the tips on top. Very simple. Very easy. Boom; barber went to work. After a few hundred haircuts, you know when a guy can handle an electric razor. I felt comfortable after a couple of passes; he knew the deal. There is an art to passing your side of your head with an electric razor. He must of passed the razor 50, 60 plus times and I knew I was not going to walk out scalped. I had complete confidence in my barber. He then proceeded to go over the top. Again 50, 60 passes with the scissors. Just the very tips. Just like I requested. Snip, snip with no worries of me walking out scalped. I walked in after a bad hair cut 42 days ago from another alleged barber. At this time the top of my hair was short, but the sides finally had some length. I needed to get this hair in shape. The Cut Factory was my original choice 42 days ago, but I found this other place on my walk here and you know the story; got scalped. My barber was a cool dude. Talked BS, movies, TV; you know barber talk; but at all times he was in control. A pro. I had no worries that after my cut I would be disappointed. I knew I would walk out looking«suave». The Cut Factory is the real deal. Pros who know their trade. Very friendly atmosphere with barbers, as well as customers. Comfortable environment. My cut $ 20 plus tip. See you boys in a month. Good job.
