I used this laundromat for a few months with no problem what-​so-​ever, they have great customer service and they used to pick up and deliver my laundry on time; until a couple of weeks ago when I got my clothes back, all my whites were stained and the fabric felt like they had put too much softener in the washer. I called the owner and she gave me a nasty attitude and told me to take my business somewhere else and said I sent all my whites stained already.
Too bad, I really liked the service and all but the situation was unacceptable.

Great price, nice staff… but on my fourth drop off visit, when I came for pickup they forgot to wash my clothes. Fail! Moving on…
