They will tell you anything you want to hear. Seem like great, down to earth guys. You’re best friend (s). Then, once you start getting your bills or your service, you realize you’ve been had, and then they do nothing but give you the run-​around and excuses.
Fiancé goes in to dispute her bill for VW services she had lowered. Bill was never actually adjusted. Manager — loose term — says I’m looking at your account right now and I can get it even lower — too which she calls him out and says — ‘How are you looking at my account when I gave you neither my name, account # or phone #?’ To which the response was some mumbled garbage then a quick escape to the back room.
Signing up for Time Warner services through them — Just don’t. No no no NO. I don’t know what’s worse, that they’d just flat out lie to get a ‘sale’ or that they’re all just completely incompetent.
STAY AWAY.

While this is not a full service Verizon store, the service here is great. No pressure to sell you something you need. When we purchased a charger that did not work, we were able to return it for one that did work with no hassle. OK choice to go to for Verizon Wireless items.
