We stayed here for two nights and it was awesome. The pictures online don’t do the house justice. Scott the innkeeper, is super friendly and makes a great breakfast. He is one of the most hospitable people I’ve met. The house was immaculate and located in a gorgeous neighborhood near downtown. There are lots of things to do close by, the longest we waited for an über was 2 minutes! I wish I could give this place more than 5 stars. If you’re ever in Cleveland and want a safe, friendly and clean place with a good breakfast, this place is it!

Scott made us feel very welcome in his home, providing just the right amount of assistance and advice to make our brief stay perfect. Our room was comfortable, especially the bed and linens, but the best thing was the heated floor in the bathroom. I have never stayed anywhere with this bit of luxury, and it was marvelous. Before leaving, after a delicious breakfast, we walked up and down Franklin Street to marvel at the variety of architectural styles in the historic district. I hope we we will have a reason to return soon.

This is a beautiful B&B just minutes from downtown Cleveland and the westside market. The rooms are beautifully decorated with quality linens and a very comfortable mattress. The style is modern-antique…the bathroom has a claw foot tub and older fixtures… beautiful! The house was quiet when we were there, breakfast made to order, very accommodating. Drinks are always available and Scott gives great recommendations for local attractions and dining. If you’re looking for the local hidden gems of Cleveland… Wallace Manor is the place to stay!!!

five stars b n b 〜we had been stay here for two nights. the host and his partner are very friendly and nice. The most importantly, his breakfast is awesome, especially on French toast. We walk in to his kitchen to see how he do the breakfast. He give us the advise about what we should go and eat. I will come next time for sure.
