Scoops is the cafeteria for
and mcPc and not generally open to the public.
It does however feature daily specials, a variety of sandwiches, hot foods cooked to order and a extensive salad bar. Prepackaged desserts and snacks are also available as well as a soda fountain and bottled beverages and juices. Tuesday is sushi day, but I’m still waiting for when they bring back the steak sandwich. It was delicious. The staff is top notch and super friendly.

The Scoops Café is located in the ground floor of the building housing The Cleveland Plain Dealer and MCPc, Inc.
Scoops offers breakfast foods/​breakfast sandwiches, coffee, cold bottled beverages (soda, juices, water), at lunch time they offer a salad bar, sandwiches, a selection of hot foods, and more.
There is a decent amount of seating in the café.
I’ve been in The Scoops Café many times and never seen a sign stating what the name of the place is. I finally asked the lady running the register this morning — and she told me. The cash register receipt lists the name of «AVI Plain Dealer,» I guess they are like many of these companies that run food establishments in Airports.
Good place to grab breakfast, lunch, a coffee, or beverage!
