Let me start by saying that I am seriously OCD about my hair and have a very hard time trusting anyone enough to cut it. But my family and I just moved to the area and I was in desperate need of a haircut. So, I started researching the area salons and kept reading about how wonderful Jessica is. I decided to give her a chance and I am SO glad I did! Oh my gosh! She not only put up with my pickiness but she understood everything I was talking about and did an AMAZING job on my hair! Everyone in the salon is super friendly and the minute you walk in, you feel like part of a family. This is simply the best place to go for a great cut. I will not let anyone touch my hair but Jessica from now on. Thank you SO much!

I highly recommend this salon. I recently moved to the area and needed my hair done desperately. I’m very, very picky about my hair so I was understandably reluctant to try anyone. I got on Unilocal read the reviews and decided to give them a try. I got an appointment with Jessica. She is amazing and did THE most amazing job on my hair. A couple of days later I felt there needed to be a ‘fix’ to one part of the highlights. I called and she fixed it at no charge. There was no mistake on her part but a preference on mine and Jessica was so awesome about it. Oh btw… be prepared to laugh cause they are so much fun here.

I’m not sure why it took me so long to write this, but being new to the area, I looked on Unilocal.And found the cutting edge. I love it! I’ve been here about.3 or 4 times and I keep going back. Jessica is so sweet. She always does her best to do what you have in mind (and succeeds) and will give her opinion if you ask.
I love the feel of this place. Gail and Jess own the place and they really add character to the salon. In a good way of course. It’s more than just a place to go for your haircut. These people are great to get to know and listen to.
The prices are very fair! I would even say less than anywhere else. Which always makes me want to tip more. (you should tip well in the first place… Don’t be rude)
overall, this place is great! I love it.

Gail does some amazing work!!! My friend and I were on vacation and decided to get our hair done and went to The Cutting Edge. We couldn’t have made a better decision. If you need someone to help guide you when making a change or to make honest suggestions on what would be best this is the place to go. Gail knows her stuff and takes the time to explain her suggestions as well. Now we need to find a stylist like this at home. Or just come back here every year for Gail to keep our hair looking fabulous!!!

I am from out of town and needed a haircut. I was reluctant to try an unknown stylist, but had read a positive review on Unilocal of Gail and decided to give her a try. I was very pleased with the results. She listened and offered suggestions. She did a great job cutting and texturizing my hair. Will definitely return.
