This place is horrible! The tanning beds are ok but the payment arrangements are terrible. I hate giving my credit card number or banking number to a company to take out monthly payments. I prefer to pay cash. I only use a tanning bed a few weeks a year. But since this is the only tanning company close to where I live, I didn’t have much of a choice. It took over a year to get my contract cancelled. I used the tanning beds for three months. After that I signed a cancellation form. They continued to charge my credit card. I called the corporate offices several times, each time being told they would stop payment. Each month a charge was put on my card. I finally spoke with my credit card company and explained what was happening. They stopped payment and actually made Sun Tan City credit my card for three months of payments. I WILL never use this place again!!!

STC is a great company and I know that I can always depend on the franchisees to provide a consistent level of quality as I travel around the country.
This particular location is conveniently located with plenty of parking. It is clean and attractive, the hours are accommodating, and the equipment seems to be well taken care of. Bonus: next to a TJ Maxx.
I was most impressed by a young lady that assisted me late one evening. She was professional and courteous and void of the attitude that one sometimes encounters at tanning salons. She has the potential for a great future in the hospitality biz, but I believe that she is studying to be a teacher. Bravo!

This place is great! Everyone who works here is so nice and helpful.
The beds are clean and well taken care of and you can’t beat all the specials they have. If you just want to try it out they have free tan week every so often. Call and ask when the next one is.
Yes there is a membership fee, but it’s not bad at all. You just have to find the package that is right for you.

Anyway, the person at the desk answering phone is nice and professional. She is also knowledgeable.
