You get the very best customer service when you come here during the weekdays. I don’t know about the weekends but when you come during normal business hours, they will help you.
I had to come here to get my new IPhone 6. In order to do this, I had to exchange my old IPhone 5 for the new IPhone 6. I was worried about moving every thing over from my old phone to my new phone. Apparently, you have to save and or backup everything to ICloud. Then, obtain this backup info on the new phone. Well, the manager here helped me do this. He did this absolutely free and was professional about the whole process which took some time, but it wasn’t too long.
Location. This Sprint store is located to the right of Publix here in NW Cleveland. It’s in a brand new shopping center that they built about 3 or 4 years ago when they built Buffalo Wild Wings.
I have been happy with my Sprint service on my work phone which I have had for almost 3 years now. As I understand it, Sprint cell phone service has improved and I agree since I have had Sprint for awhile now.
They are also running a sale in which you can get a quote from them showing how much money you can save. This is what I did today.
