I would recommend buyers beware, this company is not a good place to buy from. They sold me a Simmons beautyrest plush pillow top Dec. of 2013 it is now sagging in the middle. I called them they said I would have to pay a $ 49.00 sevice call for them to come and look at the mattress, or I could bring the mattress up to them to look at it. I didn’t have the receipt but I did have the canceled check they said that wasn’t good enough. They are not going to do anything to help me. Beware, beware, beware. There are cheap but I guess you get what you pay for. Lesson learned I will only buy from reputable people from now on.

I would strongly urge buyers to stay away from this business. If I could give Sleep Source a lower rating I would. On Friday, 06÷27÷14 my husband and I bought a mattress set and were told the mattress would be picked up from their Parma warehouse on Monday for delivery. We did not hear from Sleep Source through the July 4th weekend so we called Monday. Team Leader Glenn said they had a truck coming later that day. We would never receive a call back. We called Sleep Source about 3 times a week, the frequency of their shipments, each time Glenn said it should be on the next truck. The excuses became more elaborate, but Glenn would always say that he cant help us and could not take a message; we’d have to call manager Jane Chellis back for help. On the days Jane was scheduled to be in, she was conveniently«unavailable» when we called, or out sick. Ten days after July 4th, Glenn said that ALL mattress manufacturers close for 2WHOLEWEEKS to celebrate Independence Day and this is why we hadn’t received our purchase. I once got through to another employee, Sonny, who said the manufacturers don’t close for 2 weeks and that Glenn is always feeding a line of BS. We asked Glenn to have the manager Jane, or an owner of the company call us to advise when this would be resolved. No one ever returned any of our calls and certainly never apologized for the delay and inconvenience. My husband was able to reach Jane last week; she said she would refund the cost of delivery and of the stupid mattress cover they pushed on us. We were supposed to contact her to let her know if this offer was sufficient, but she could not be reached any of the times we called back. Glenn said he could deliver the mattress on Monday, 07÷21÷14, but we’d have to visit the store the following Wednesday to pick up our refund from Jane. At this point, I know I won’t see one cent of the refund after the mattress has been delivered, so we insist that the refund and mattress be delivered together. Glenn«got the ok» from Jane and agreed to bring the mattress and refund together. 24 days after our purchase we received our mattress. When Glenn arrived, he conveniently forgot to bring the full amount of the refund. Tomorrow will be 28 days from the date we made the mistake of doing business with scam artists Glenn and Jane Chellis at Sleep Source and we still do not have this resolved!
