I always buy my color at Sally’s. As a company I think Sally’s offers great products and awesome prices, I am not a big fan of this location. The workers(including managers) always seem to want to be in the backroom when there are customers in the store. One time I needed to ask a question and the workers were in back the talking about a clambake. I have worked retail for several years and I have no problem with people chit chatting if there is downtime. But come on now! At times it seems like the workers have visitors when customer should be taken care of . If you ask a question about color — it does not seem like any of the workers know what they are talking about. One time I asked about thermal protection, the employee pointed to the products. Since I am not that familiar with the products I asked the employee to follow me. She did but did not seem to happy about it. I proceeded to ask questions about the products and I could tell the employee was getting annoyed. I just go to another location as I do not have time to waste.
