Prestige Delivery Systems

As others have said, this company never bothers to ring the bell or even knock. I’ve had something delivered by this terrible company twice, and each time it’s the same problem. I was watching the tracking the first time and it said «package attempted to be delivered at 8:05 am» and that it couldn’t be delivered. I was sitting at home at that time waiting for my package; I did not leave the house. They didn’t bother to ring the buzzer. When I called the company to complain, they gave some BS excuse about how their delivery guy actually didn’t have the time to go out to my apartment. The second package delivery, I was not home. UPS/​Fed-​Ex know to buzz the other apartments because there are plenty of people home throughout the day that will let them in to drop a package at the front door. I’d give them the benefit of the doubt that they just didn’t know, but Prestige left no note or anything. I suddenly remembered that I had a package coming, only to find out that it’s been a week. A truly terrible company; I hope Amazon will discontinue this relationship soon.

One of your delivery persons brought an Amazon package to my house today. I was unaware it was being delivered by a service other than UPS so I wasn’t prepared for the arrival. My three dogs were outside at the time and naturally barked at the gentleman while smelling his legs. I walked out and he said nothing to me but was swearing profusely and attempting to hit the dogs with the package and kick them.
I understand if the gentleman is afraid of dogs — especially ones barking at him. In the future I suggest he does as UPS and FedEx do and honk his horn for me to come out. That way he can feel safe and I don’t have to worry about my dogs being hit (or my having to listen to an old man swearing).

Oddly enough, as I was reading the last one-​star review, my apartment buzzer rang and low and behold, Prestige delivered my package.
The reason I was looking into them was because the tracking showed «out for delivery» in another town near me, but not in my town. The other city’s zip code is one number different than mine, so I thought Prestige had made a mistake and wouldn’t deliver it here till the next day.
I called Amazon to inquire and they called the shipping company and said they had the correct address. That’s when they told me it was Prestige, a company I had never heard of until today. And being new to Prime, maybe that is the only time they use this shipper? It’s always been Fedex until now.
I am giving three stars because I actually got the package a day earlier than the estimated delivery time, but their tracking system did run me through a couple of hoops so I am not completely satisfied.
Had the delivery not coincidentally happened while reading these reviews, I wouldn’t have written anything here, but I just felt compelled to give them some credit where it is due.
I do, however, prefer a more well known and reliable carrier such as USPS or Fedex. I sell from home and ship things for a living and the fact that I have never heard of this company, well, maybe that speaks for itself.

I hate Prestige, they are not reliable, not professional, and they lie. They always delay the Amazon deliveries for days and they keep updating the online status as: «delivery attempted», but they lie. For example, today, I was at home all day, and they were supposed to deliver a package. Of course, they didn’t. They updated the online status as attempted delivery at 9:36pm, I was at home sitting across the window overlooking the street, they didn’t attempt anything. Probably this package will also be delayed for days just like others before. If this keeps happening, I will probably cancel my Amazon Prime membership and never use Amazon again. I am surprised that Amazon is still working with these liar company.

I have contacted Amazon to let them know how awful these guys are, so that they stop using Prestige as well. They said they are looking into it now that I’ve complained so much about them.
Every time Prestige delivers a package to us, they NEVER ring the bell or even knock (yes, I know this, because I’ve been home each time). They leave our packages out in the pouring rain with NO BAG over them (one of our items was ruined because of this, luckily the rest were unharmed). They could even slide the package back on our porch a little, so that the overhang gives them shelter from the rain, but they don’t. They drop it in the middle or on the edge of the porch so they can get rained on all day. And guess what? We don’t know it, because they don’t alert us to the package being there!
I also contacted Prestige customer service twice to complain (Amazon gave me their direct number). Both times my information was taken down, and I was told a manager would get back to me the next day. Nothing. No one ever got back to me.
Amazon, please: Stop using this awful, careless service! They need to be put out of business already! I’d hate to stop using Amazon because of these idiots.

Why does Amazon keep using these idiots? Tracking shows a package delivered, and yet it’s still out there somewhere. And customer service keeps telling me it’s been delivered. Yeah, right. Then at 8:30pm an old rusty Pontiac minivan shows up with the package. One star is one star too many! Time to switch to Zappos.

This place really stinks. They delivered the neighbors package to our house for about the 10^th time and so we called them to come get it… THREE (3) TIMES and it is still sitting on our front porch. if you can avoid using this business, I highly suggest you do. El stinko!!!

I wish I would have read these reviews before ordering my very time sensitive materials. I placed my order on Monday morning and the package was picked up that afternoon (off to a good start). Then they «attempted» to deliver the package at 4:28pm, «but nobody answered the door». Please note that it was to be delivered to a business that has people working on the loading dock till 9pm. Finally they delivered the package on Tuesday, NOPE. It is now Saturday and still the package cannot be found. They have no proof of delivery, other than the drivers word. Fortunately we have 30+ cameras facing all entry’s and after reviewing 4 days of film, the driver has not been seen. Don’t bother calling either, you would be better off smacking your head against a wall. Maybe use a ouija board or magic 8 ball for answers. Is the driver invisible, did he dig a tunnel under the building and sneak the package in, maybe he is a ninja or a member of seal team 6? Now after wasting a week of my time, I am forced to place a new order and pick up the package myself. In short, I will never do business with this company or any other company that uses this (cough cough) «delivery company».

Awful service and useless customer service. I’ve been waiting 3 days for a package sent NEXT DAY via
. No door tag left or any sign they have been to my home. They claim I was not home but I had been home the entire day, I work from home!

I purchase items from Amazon Prime frequently and select free 2-​Day shipping at checkout. Most of the items are shipped via Prestige. I never had a problem with Prestige before, but lately they have been an awful service. My husband and I work at the same business and always have our packages delivered there. In the last 2 weeks we have had 3 issues with Prestige not attempting delivery until around 6pm, causing us to wait between 3 and 5 days for a delivery that should have taken only 2 days. When I pay $ 79 a year for Amazon Prime, I expect to receive my deliveries in 2 days. Though there is no fault with Amazon, I have also let them know that I am very dissatisfied with this courier. It’s unfortunate that something as simple as proper delivery could cause me to choose not to order from Amazon, a company that I have been loyal to for years. I don’t know if it’s the driver, or the company, but Prestige really needs to get it together.
