This was a cute little theatre. Lots of flaws but you get what you pay for. $ 4.50 for a good quality movie? I’m cool with that. They have a small concession stand, bathrooms, and a movie. If you expect more than that then your out of luck. Personally I would love to own the place. They only have to work from 7pm-10 every night. Best gig ever!

This isn’t the fancy-ass, stadium-seating, restaurant-and-coffee-shop-already-in-there movie palace where you generally go. This is more like the first place you ever saw a movie, where the seats are kinda uncomfortable, the bathrooms are down three flights of stairs, and they only really have popcorn, Sour Patch Kids, and diet Dr. Pepper. But, you know, the fact that places like this, which isn’t owned by a chain, still survive is a blessing to cinema lovers everywhere. Sure, they won’t have the latest Pedro Almodovar film, but would it kill you to see something that’s actually entertaining, AND at a fraction of the cost of the same movie at Crocker Park or wherever? I didn’t think so.
