Papa Ro Pizza

My wife and I are trying the pizza restaurants out in the vicinity of Cleveland, Shepherd, and Livingston TX. This is the first of our new ventures out to see the world of small town pizza shops. I would have done better by eating a frozen food pizza at the grocery store and microwaving it. It would have cost much less and the quality would have been the same or better. The server was a pleasant girl who told us she had 3 customers in the past 4 hours. The owner was in the bar turning up the rap music so everyone outside could hear it. I think he got a little pissed when I asked the waitress if the music could be turned down. I will drive the 10 – 12 miles passed this place and on to Dellas for pizza next time.

I was surprised with how good the food was
The prices were good also
About $ 9 for a great burger, good French fries, and decent salad bar
Mom and pop feel to it
I really enjoyed the food and prices,
I will come again

Welll… Food is awesome. Service is awesome. Owner lounging around in dirty clothes and mumbles away when we asked him a question. Really??? Not sure if he doesn’t completely understand English or just a complete jack wagon. Only reason for coming back would be the awesome waitstaff.

Pretty good atmosphere. Definitely a country place but has some great features. Service was good and fair prices. Food was decent.
