Ohio Connection

I was 20 minutes late to the appointed time so I called the phone to let them know that I was late but now here. The driver was very polite and told me that he would be here in 2 minutes. The ground transportation was rather busy with other cars, buses, and shuttles, so it was difficult to find each other at first. The shuttle was clean and neat. The driver was professional and friendly. I paid the round trip price on the way to the hotel, and I received 10% discount. I also received a green ticket so I don’t have to pay on the way back to the airport. On the way back to the airport, it was the same driver. I also had a friend tagging along with me this time, and the driver was flexible and was able to accommodate her. Overall, great experience and I would definitely recommend this service to others. Only thing I wish would be different is that I wish I can pay it online, so I don’t have to worry about the payment or worry that I will lose this green ticket. Nevertheless, I will be using this service next time I am in Cleveland.
