I can’t say enough about the amazing experience offered with Santa at his workshop at Tower City. We took our 25 month old, knowing that much might go over her head. The characters and staff at every point surpassed our expectations and I’m quite sure we met the real santa;). Santa was exceptional! He, like all of the characters and staff, knew exactly how to get or daughter’s attention and when to not push her to interact. Did I say how amazing Santa was?! And, the toy store — can’t say enough about the toy selection. The kids were allowed to play with everything in the shop and we thoroughly enjoyed that as well. The photographer was fantastic as well. I highly, highly recommend this experience!

I thought it was a wonderful experience for children and parents alike. It was fun that they had different characters that later showed up on a coloring book in the end. I liked the different workshops that had the kids using their imaginations. It reminded me at times of Charlie and the Chocolate factory. Overall, I would highly recommend it.
