Mmh Management

The apartment itself was fine, and a good value with heat and water included. However, the management leaves a lot to be desired. The maintenance guy didn’t have a cell phone for the majority of my lease and was impossible to get ahold of. When my fridge died he replaced it the next day after I left a voicemail on his office machine, but I don’t know what I would have done with a more immediate problem like a plumbing leak.
When it came time to get my security deposit back, they were way over the 30-​day limit, and I think I only got it back because I threatened to take them to small claims court. However, when I did receive the check in the mail it was missing a $ 60 «kitchen-​cleaning fee» which happens to be the same as court fees in my city…
Caveat emptor with this company.
