Do Not go to this salon! the management is disgraceful and treats the employees with no respect! and the lack of cleanliness is appalling! A place that offers this type of service to the public should be sanitary. If you are someone that values your health and are concerned with cleanliness then this is not the salon for you.
P. S. One last bit of info to consider — they hike up prices any way possible and make it appear that they are giving you a deal! ?? Business is one thing but they are unconscionable.

Would not recommend, the place is very dated beds are old. There are dustbunnys the size of golf balls on the fans, you can’t even feel. No air circulation. The radio knobs are broke off speakers and are shorted out. Maybe you’ll get Music maybe not. The Gay dude that works there is beyond pushy when it comes to sales, will not take no for an answer. If you try to cancel your membership it takes 60 days you will still be charged. I had no choice comming here they bought out my old tanning Salon I had been going to for 6 years. They kept my pricing so I stayed, but I froze my account and they keep charging me. I have been back tanning (because I’m paying for it) and in two weeks the only color I have is from the bronzer in my lotion. Takeing my business some place else, where they put money in to the company to accommodate their customers for the money they spend. Referr a friend for an upgrade? Ha! I would not referr an enemy for a month free!

Haven’t been there in months, yet they still charged me. I went in for a refund and they refused it and said they should charge me for another month. Charge me for services in not even using? Not to mention way over priced. $ 35 a month, when other local businesses only charge $ 20 a month. The whole place was rude!!! They shouldn’t even get 1 star!!!

Part of the traveling to sunny locations is not becoming lobsterman on the first day. So in an attempt not look like Casper the friendly ghost, I tried a new place. OK I’m kinda of lazy and its on way home from work. I started with a Groupon deal for ten tans and then had to pony up $ 45 for a month unlimited.
The place has about 20 – 23 beds with of course several different levels. My cheap package, $ 45 is the level 1. Their lowest bed says level 2, and the facial beds are level 3. So why would I pay for level 3, if I can be in level 3 bed half the time. The beds are decent, and fans are loud. So this may not be the most relaxing experience.
There is really only one friendly person working here. If you get a hello and thanks for coming, you have found that girl! Its a decent place but interchangeable with about every other tanning place. You definitely want to have a coupon to go here.

I stopped in to the Middleburg store to inquire about the flyer we received. When I walked in, I was greeted by the comment «What do you want? Most people just talk to me.» I still decided to inquire about the one month of unlimited tanning or the VIP tanning package. The price per the flyer for the VIP package is $ 24.99, but I was told that it was actually $ 29.99 in the computer system. Then I was told that it was only $ 5 more and that it was still a good deal. I asked why the price couldn’t be honored and the girl at the desk said it was a mistake. When I responded that it should be honored and that I was not going to do business with your company, she replied «Whatever.» Great customer service guys.

I grew up in the neighborhood, so I have been coming here since day one. I did cheat on them, saw other people in between packages. But something always pulls me back in. Maybe it’s the beds, or they fact that they provide the best value in the city. Not sure exactly, all I know is… if I drive from Westlake to tan here, that should be some inclination of just how special this salon is.
Oh, by the way, they also have a great selection of lotions, offer teeth whitening and spray tans. What more could you ask for?
