Lowe’s

Id give the store a 5 star review but the paint 0 stars. Lowes paint is the worst i have ever used. One tiny half bath took me two gallons! Home depots paint i used one gallon for my whole family room and still have some left over. Terrible product. I expect more from the Lowes reputation !

Lowe’s has replaced Home Depot for me. I love that Lowe’s is bright, airy, wide open, not cluttered, and has a super helpful staff. I recently bought a new home and found the best lighting options here, for my kitchen. I don’t know about the tools, and pieces parts that guys look for, but they seem to have everything that Home Depot does. I’m much more comfortable being a woman, at Lowe’s. There’s something intimidating at Home Depot, and I can never find what I’m looking for. Prices are very reasonable of not only pennies more than Home Depot. I’m looking forward to spring time for a few home projects, and Lowe’s will be my go to place!

No one asked me if I needed help throughout my entire hourlong wandering of the store. And trust me, I am sure it looked like I needed some help! I waited in line for a while at customer service without getting helped, that was pretty awkward. I began to worry that I didn’t get dressed or had underwear sticking out of my shorts or something. But, when I finally asked someone, Cecilia, she was really helpful and nice. Definitely improved my experience! The thing with the Lowe’s is that it truly does depend on which store you go to! If you choose the rocky river one, you best know your way around a hammer.

Have purchased a number of items here and have always been satisfied. From lawn mower to snow blower (at a huge discount), and ladder to toilet — everything performs beautifully.
They also have a general 90 day return policy which I took advantage of because of faulty solar lights that stopped working after just 2 months. Never had to return anything else because they all work — whether blowing, mowing, growing, brushing, or flushing.
Especially satisfied with their outdoor plants. Always healthy when purchased and continue to flourish — annuals, perennials, and herbs. House plants, too. And if you’re looking for any larger decorative garden pieces, such as metal trellises, gates, panels, and shepherd hooks, they have quite a nice selection.
Because a vast section of their outdoor garden center is open at the top — like an enormous cage in a zoo, but without roofing on one side — don’t be surprised to be looking at something and all of sudden birds fly past — right in front of you — just two feet away — at eye level. And there’s constant chirping and tweeting. Pretty cool. Actually, it’s like an aviary. They even build nests in the rafters. I’ve never had it happen, but you might want to wear a hat. Just in case.
