Huron Square & The Osborn Apartments

Huron Square offers a ton of apartment for a ridiculously reasonable price.
Apartments are spacious and very well maintained. Units, as one can imagine, vary in shape and size but some have high loft-​style ceilings. Washers and dryers are available for rent as part of your lease and getting both was one decision I never regretted.
There is a small workout facility on the second floor and it definitely serves its purpose keeping folks out of the cold during the Cleveland winter.
Sue and Donna run the building and sign up new tenants are both unbelievably nice and helpful. Donna is a diehard Tribe fan and loves to talk Indians baseball.
The area around the building is improving as the overall city improves. After Indians and Cavs games the corner is always hoping with fans frequenting the Clevelander, Paninis and Winking Lizard across the street.
As with any city, there is an element of crime and general dodginess in the area. Always wise to be on alert and hide valuables here and anywhere you go.
