Called to have a clean and check done today, was scheduled between 8−9AM. Never showed. I spoke to Jack (the owner) and asked for a discount for the inconvenience. He proceeded to yell at me and told me to go somewhere else, then hung up. I have had 6 furnaces put in by Hogg between my property and rental properties and cannot believe how rudely I was treated after being a long time customer. Buyer beware!

Yes totally agree, had same situation overcharged never return calls, attitude like gang member rough gruff, something is not right.

OWNER IS A DRUNK SCAM ARTIST! My hubby & I own a bar. We hired Hogg to look at our ice machine & clean coils on commercial coolers. SUB PAR job cleaning coils & we were OVERCHARGED! Charged for 6 coolers, we only have 5. The owner JACK was the 1 who came to do the job. He also said he would need to make a 2nd trip out to see what cooler temperatures were after cleaning. No one from HOGG came back. When I called JACK personally to express the obvious issues, he sounded very inebriated & argued with me! Told me there must have been 6 coolers if that’s what was written on invoice. I responded by saying well you are supposed to come back to check temps, how could we hide the number of coolers we have behind the bar? !
