These statements presented are very UNTRUE ! Wife of Tom is Kelly & is also business partner to Tom. They say they can WATER PROOF. They CAN NOT DO THIS SPECIALIZED work at all. OMG ! Do not hire them ! Quotes come from wife Kelly to the customer from her work email address over at
and things seeeeeem legit. They are not. They are far from legit. They engage in illegal activity & will attempt to deceive. When they don’t show up for work on your property, they lie. I was told Tom had leukemia and could not finish. I was told their kid was in the hospital. I was told he was out of town. You name the excuse I heard it. They even used their child as an excuse? This is a disgrace. Be careful. This is a 3 part team of scam artists in the Cleveland Ohio market.
They claim to have degrees and certification. Not true. They do not construct a contract for estimated work. Tom will promise the moon, and claim his price can’t be beat. DO not fall for this notion. Work is extremely wreck-​less. You will be completely dissatisfied and very nervous during the process of job completion. Once work is done and a disaster has occurred… Tom will never speak to you again. Tom will NOT return your calls any longer. He could care less. Got a problem from the work, forget it. He will drop the ball. He will make his brother be his bitch-​slave. Do not let this happen to you. RUN as fast as you can from them. They damage property while on it and do not make amends for you. They do not back their services ESPECIALLY in the waterproofing side of the business. They do not clean up and leave a total mess. Owner Tom FIsher says he can waterproof. «««They can not»»». You will get MORE water in to your basement after their work and after they rip you off then you did before you hired them. So do not I repeat DO NOT hire them. DO not believe a word that excavates from his lieful mouth.

#1 They do not even use «drain tile» which is suppose to be placed at your house FOOTER. No drain tile was even used at the footer. They do not go to your footer.
#2 They do not tie everything together. All half ass work provided.
No final test made, once done they never talk to you and they run and change phone numbers.
#3 They do not back fill with stones going all the way to the top of your land leaving just a foot of topsoil for grass. They put back the original mud and clay instead. Idiots at large. 100% con artists. Then your mud sinks 2 feet in just one month.
#4 PVC pipe crap was not in code, cheap Lowe’s shit. They lay it entirely wrong. It was only 3 feet down and not placed a few feet above the drain pipe like it is suppose to be.
