Rooms are clean and staff is pleasant. The suites are kind of small and don’t have a kitchenette, which is kind of inconvenient, but not a total dealbreaker. They always have hot coffee and fresh cookies out for guests. Our room seemed to have a ladybug family living in it. We caught a few ladybugs and threw them out the window. I’m assuming the person before us had the window open and they came in… no big deal. The beds are really hard and a/c is a little loud, but it’s not terrible.

My fiancé and I were in town this weekend for a friends wedding and stayed one night. After having visited a few other over night establishments in Cleveland, TN; to see friends… We came to the conclusion, we were soooo happy to be staying at the Fairfield! It is the best hotel in this town. It isn’t perfect, but it is very comfortable. The staff is friendly, and they have a very clean facility. The bed was very comfortable, the air conditioning in our room was terrific(It was an 86 degree day!). The breakfast was great too. We had NOCOMPLAINTS! Thank you for a comfortable and easy weekend Fairfield Inn! I would definitely stay here again!

was working in Cleveland for about 2 months and the first week I decided to stay here. I knew immediately upon arrival this would be the last week I was staying here. Check in was a little slower than normal but not to bad. I was greeted as a platinum member and received bonus points. Got to the room and boy was it old and musty. This is a very old Fairfield that is in desperate needs of updates. The bed was horrendous like a trampoline, the furniture was from 1980 and the carpet was very worn. Bathtub was stained as well as the shower curtain. The Wifi was probably the worst I had ever experienced at a hotel. The cost was under $ 110 which is way to much for this place… it reminded me of a motel 6. Stayed in Chattanooga the remainder of the time.
