Horrible! Am egg wrap was paper thin and stale. Hash browns were the size of a quarter and only received 5. Bacon, egg, and cheese bagel came with wrong cheese after making a request. Round this out with a warm oj and a water(atleast the water was right) for $ 12.09. Also was charged for a meal and did not receive a coffee. Didn’t have time to walk all the way back as we were catching a flight. Worst breakfast in recent memory.

Went there a while back and had an awful experience with a butchered order. It was bad enough that I bothered writing to corporate, only to receive a generic apology in response.

They didn’t have any non-dairy options, so I didn’t order any coffee. What’s up with that?

Not sure why but this wench of a cashier wouldn’t answer my simple questions about the different types of iced beverages, explain the types of bagels to me, or even make eye contact with me. My friend Evelyn tried to make a joke to one of the kitchen workers and did not even receive a courtesy laugh from the soulless automaton. That being said the spinach and artichoke bagel I ordered was bomb AF. The iced latte was mediocre at best.

Before my flight, I was looking for a good breakfast sandwich at the airport. I walked through one entire terminal and there was no hot food. So I walked the other way and finally found DD. I ordered a sausage, egg, and cheese croissant with a side of tater tots and orange juice. The sandwich was tasty, but not remarkable. The sausage had a funky favor and I found myself longing for the syrup flavor of a McGriddle. Is it too much to ask for a McDonald’s at the airport? The meal was nearly flavorless, but it filled the void in my gullet before I flew out that day.

Line moved ok, prices were good. Staff was ok. Product was hot & fresh. Hours were good as well. Location was ok, could be better.

2016÷01÷07 The donuts this time around were very fresh. Bold coffee really good too, then again it was before 0600. We don’t have DD in San Francisco. I had to get my last fix. Very disappointed with the stale old donuts served.

dunkin has taken over. just a few years ago, you couldn’t find dunkin in AZ. then the bagged coffee started showing up in the grocery story, and before you knew it, you couldn’t throw a sack of dead(insert favorite object/animal here) without hitting a dunkin donuts shop. yet it never seems authentic unless i’m having one in boston. any location is as good as the other. the coffee is exactly the same… how do they know just how much cream and sugar to put in a coffee? although that little mustached man apparently doesn’t get up at the crack of dawn to make donuts, they still have a plethora of donuts. my favorite always is the powdered jelly donut, but i’m trying to avoid diabetes so i had to quit eating them. dunkin is extremely reliable and visible in boston(or new england). and i always find it so funny to hear some big, dirt covered construction worker order a non-fat, blended, iced, skinny mocha latte in that tough boston accent.

to quote the hotness that is my Ohio homegirl Amal: «meh». NYC normal prices are, hilariously, Ohio airport prices. my pumpkin spice was a bit burnt, but tolerable. I needed a quick caffeine boost before my flight back home, so it did its job.

I hate to rag on a Dunkin’ Donuts, but this one in the Cleveland airport sucks big time. I don’t think we got ONE thing right in our order. The iced coffee had milk and sugar instead of just milk. The hot coffee had cream, no sugar instead of both. We ordered a donut, which I paid for, but did not receive until I had to go back and request it(with the manager barking, «You didn’t get it?» in this aggressive manner which I couldn’t tell was agitation at her employees or just doubt that I was telling the truth). Too many loud voices at once, none of them really friendly or respectful. But I still love me some Dunkin’ Donuts coffee.

On the last leg of a 6,000 mile same-day mileage run I was dying to get home to LA until, as if an oasis opened up before me, I saw the pink and orange glow calling me. DUNKIN’ F-ING DONUTS! I kept it simple and ordered small black coffee and a chocolate cake donut and TEAR it wasn’t the usual transcendent experience I normally have the few times I hear I find myself at DD.
