Victoria is awesome! I’ve been coming to her for a few weeks now and am already seeing results! She is great at what she does and super diligent. She really makes me feel like I’m in good hands. To top it off she’s super funny and makes the time fly by.

I live in Downtown Cleveland and I work from 9 – 6 pm on the weekdays. This place is in downtown and is open till 9 pm in the evening, which is why I chose this place despite the lack of reviews (there was only one Unilocal review). I tried calling the number listed on Unilocal,seven to eight times, it did not ring. There wasn’t even a voice mail facility attached to this number. I was crazy enough to pay a visit to this place and I found out that the address listed here is the address of Victoria’s private condo. This place is not even a proper facility with all the equipments and other facilities required to set up a laser hair removal service. I would advise all the people reading this review to think twice before visiting this place.

I’ve been going to Victoria for electrolysis treatments and I am very pleased with the results! She is professional, patient, and extremely thorough. I’ve already recommended her to several friends.
