Go for drinks and that’s it. The food was elementary /grade school quality. The fries were ok.

The Caddyshack recently changed hands, so it was in transition when I was there. The menu was very standard bar fare, but I was pleased with my burger. Flavorful and not overdone. They were out of a couple of things they should have had(turkey and napkins come to mind) but I believe the new management was catching up. Here’s hoping they continue to improve. It has good potential.

Only okay though I liked the simulation golf for a bit, my interest didn’t last. Food was okay, but service was really slow.

Great idea of a golf themed sports bar. Nice open area with lots of TV’s. However, the service and food is lousy. The menu lacks a great variety and the quality of food is poor. For example, the pizza brought out looked like something made in an Easy-Bake oven! The crust was like cardboard, was load with way too much pasty sauce and barely any cheese. The chicken sliders brought out were cold and undercooked. The server came around once to clear off the table that still had the prior customers’ old food and bottles on them. Would not recommend this place!

Everything Eric says about Caddy Shack is true. It’s a great idea and I truly hope this catches on. Tons of TV’s, some playing the classic namesake, others playing college /pro sports. Bar is very clean, bathrooms are nice, and the food isn’t bad either. Now the reason why I go there is for their hot dogs. I always hit this place after an Indians game just for the dogs. I hear the pizza is good too not to mention all the other menu items I have yet to try. This is a nice change to the usual suspects in Cleveland that are packed after games such as The Clevelander, Panini’s, and Winking Lizard. This has huge potential to be a late night foodie place for those who don’t want to pay a bunch of cash for a huge meal. My one complaint about this place is that the placements of the TV’s around the bar was just idiotic. I feel like my noggen is going to fall off my neck socket when I stare at them too long. You’ll see what I’m talking about.

If you’re looking to get liquored up and work on your golf game at the same time then the Caddy Shack is your place. Up front you’ve got a fully stocked sports bar with plenty of flat screen TVs to catch the game. In back you’ve got multiple golf simulator bays with HD projectors that are ready to take you to the driving range or several of the world’s most famous golf courses. «Green Fees» run $ 14 an hour(total, not per person) so it’s also a pretty cheap alternative to the real thing when mother nature isn’t cooperating.
