Worst customer service from a reputable clothing store. Took more than a week to order something from warehouse as didn’t have it in the store. Then called me to tell item is out of stock. They should just close tower city store.

The Tower City Brooks Brothers is the best I’ve been to in any state. Thank you to John and Adam for first class service, very friendly and helpful. Yes Brooks Brothers is expensive, but you get what you pay for and the service, quality, and ease of shopping easily outweighs everything else. The store here is gorgeous and they have a huge selection. If you can’t find what you want, the staff is very helpful in finding and ordering what you need. Highly recommend!

Best Brooks Brothers I’ve ever been to. Who would’ve thought the nicest BB would be in downtown Cleveland? Sure beats Boston and LA’s hands down. John D. is the nicest guy ever and knows a ton — be sure to look for him!

I have been here with my dad and he really likes the suits and the clothing/​shoes here. It is on the expensive side but he claims their clothing will last for a long, long time!
