Waited 45 minutes for a haircut a couple months ago. A barber seat opened and I appeared to be the only one waiting & next in line. Then, someone walked right in and was offered the chair for a haircut. Was this person previously in? I think the least they could have done is told me how long it would be. Poor customer service. How about a ‘next in line’ number service? Needless to say, I was on a late lunch break and walked out. Waste of my time.

I was in Cleveland for business for about 6 weeks. The first time, I got my hair butchered at the Superior Building a few blocks away. Decided to try somewhere else and luckily found this place. It’s inside the arcade nestled between restaurants and cafes. It has a retro, old school feel despite it being around for only 10 years or so. Bobby, the owner, has been cutting hair in a barn for years and finally decided to open shop here.
I opted for my usual medium fade, 3 on top, ½ on the side and 0 at the bottom. I have never been so satisfied with a simple fade. It even came with a hot lather straight razor shave at the end to clean up my neck!
The true gem is Bobby. He wears a vest, shirt, and tie and is very personable. He listens to exactly what you want and executes in flawlessly. If I lived in Cleveland, this would be my go to barber hands down.

Bobby C’s is the perfect combination of cool décor and comfort. Bobby is both a talented barber and a genuinely nice guy. Always a pleasure and relaxing experience to visit his establishment. Very reasonable prices for great haircut and shave.

Classic old school men’s barbershop. TV plays ESPN, they’ve got 3 – 4 seats open at a time, haircuts are quick, efficient, and high quality, and relatively inexpensive. If you want to talk chat him up, if you want to focus, he’ll leave you alone. Great spot. Bobby C knows his business and definitely looks the part. Cash only.

I grew up as a kid getting my hair cut by my father, a buzz cut fade. Needless, the thought of getting my hair cut by someone else was a little nerve racking. As soon as I walked into Bobby C’s, I knew I was in good hands. If there was ever a guy you met and knew his occupation without asking, Bobby C is that man. My guess is he used to cut Capone’s hair.
Bobby C’s Barber Shop is nostalgic and retro. Man up and get the executive, it’s his special.
