I had a leaking roof by the chimney. Great initial repair including friendly and knowledgeable person. That’s where it ends. The bill was more than the estimate. Explained by having to replace a board. OK. Work has 3 yr warranty. About a year later it started leaking again. Almost impossible to get someone out to fix it. 4 – 5 calls over several month and several missed appointment later they finally came out and did work. I am hoping it is fixed but not optimistic and will call someone else if it needs redone. Fingers crossed.
